The Convention Survival Guide

Before the show

Buy autograph tickets online when possible, check the guest schedule the night before and plan a route through the hall.

What to bring

Hard-backed portfolio, spare paint pens and sharpies, a phone battery pack, water and snacks. Pre-select your items so you are not deciding at the table.

Etiquette

Be friendly and brief, follow the volunteers’ instructions and always ask before taking photos. A kind word goes a long way — guests remember good fans.
