Find your catch
Browse the Fish Market, or cast a line on the Wanted board so collectors who have it can find you. Tap ♡ Watch This Catch to be emailed about price drops. - 2
Check the listing
Look at every photo, the description, the authentication details and the seller’s ratings. Authentication details come from the seller; ask questions with Message before you buy. - 3
Buy now or make an offer
Buy at the listed price, or make an offer. If the seller accepts, the item is reserved for you while you pay. - 4
Pay securely
Pay through secure Stripe checkout on CollectorFish. Never pay outside the site. Your card details go to Stripe and are never seen by the seller. - 5
The seller ships with tracking
The seller must ship with a tracking number within 7 days of payment. The tracking number appears in My market as soon as it’s entered, and you’re emailed too. - 6
Receive it and leave feedback
Once the item has shipped, rate the seller in My market (item accuracy, communication, shipping and overall). If something is wrong, use Report a Problem on the order instead.

Non-shipment protection
If the seller doesn’t confirm shipment with tracking within 7 days of your payment, the order is canceled and you’re refunded in full automatically. You don’t need to ask.

If there’s a problem
If the item doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly different from the listing, use Report a Problem in My market. The CollectorFish team reviews it with you and the seller. These refunds aren’t automatic.
Buyers pay only the listed price. CollectorFish’s 3% fee is paid by the seller from a completed sale. Read more about Marketplace Safety.
